The most dangerous AI sounds polished while quietly inventing facts. isanna exists to build the opposite: small, careful tools for real work that stay grounded in the text you give them and refuse to guess the missing parts.

When a fact is missing, we would rather show a visible placeholder than fake confidence. That means a draft can say [placeholder: add the exact metric] so you can fill it in or cut it. The point is simple: the output should never fabricate what you did not provide.
